The Xbox 360 has several models, and the release date of most of these models is different from one another.  The different Xbox 360 game console models that have been released thus far, are as follows:

The Core: Released: November 22, 2005
The 20 GB Premium: Released: November 22, 2005
The Elite 120 GB Released: April 29, 2007
The Arcade 256MB Memory Unit: Released: October 27, 2007
The 60 GB Premium: Released: September 1, 2008
The Arcade 256MB On Board: Released: December 2008
The Arcade 512MB On Board: Released: June 2009
The Super Elite 250 GB Released: October 23, 2009
The S 250 GB Released: June 18, 2010

There have been 9 systems released on the Xbox 360 and as of June 25, 2010 there is only one system still in production, and that is the latest Xbox 360 S 250 GB.  All other systems have been discontinued.  The discontinuation dates are as follows:

The 20 GB Premium: Discontinued: July 13, 2008
The Elite 120 GB Discontinued: June 18, 2010

With only one option, the days of getting an Xbox for less than 150 dollars are over.
