Goldeneye port rumor
There are a lot of rumors going around the net that there is going to be a remake of GoldenEye 007. Screenshots have been leaked which does make it look like a HD remake of the 007 game for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
The rumored remake is said to be called supposedly called as GoldenEye Reloaded. Certain websites have indicated that the game is said to come out on the 28th of October 2011. Now whether this will be a disc-based release or a digital download via Xbox LIVE or PSN is left to be seen. Last year the GoldenEye 007 for the Wii was pretty good and its multiplayer modes were pretty interesting. Now the Nintendo Wii is not known for its online capabilities so the port to the PSN and Xbox LIVE should make things better. Should the game come out the multiplayer mode should make good use of your PS3 and Xbox 360 headsets.
Previously it was thought developers RARE last year were in the process of releasing GoldenEye on Xbox LIVE, but in the end we got ourselves only the revamped Wii version. This time things look a little more convincing and we should expect to hear something within a few weeks about the official release date for GoldenEye Reloaded if that’s what it’s called.
