Second Xbox 360 exclusive South Park game confirmed

Yup, you heard it right! There’s more of Stan, Kyle, Cartman and… oh wait, they killed Kenny! Xbox Live arcade is set to release the second Xbox 360 exclusive South Park game pretty soon. The game should be out sometime when the TV show resumes after the mid-season break!

The first South Park game was released back in 2009.  South Park Let’s Go Tower Defense Play was released back in 2009 and it was fun to say the least. The boys were to defend the town from enemies such as Stan ManBearPig, Scott Tenorman and Mongolians. Presently, South Park has an exclusive deal with Microsoft who published the first game. So this game can only be played on your Xbox 360 system. They are said to publish the second game as well. After the launch of the second game the first-party exclusivity which Microsoft has expires. Not much has been said about this latest release, but there are rumors that it might take up new genre.

Personally I would expect a lot more creativity put into the new title. Considering that South Park has been running for about 15 seasons I am sure they would have a lot of material to deal with.
